Mutanix sells digital products including AI prompt packs, automation kits, chatbot templates, and related materials. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our products without written permission
• Use our products to create competing products or services
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices included in the products

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us at support@mutanix.com and we will work to resolve it.

All content, products, and materials on this site are the intellectual property of Mutanix. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mutanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
